Safety Redundancy

Multi-layer Protection Mechanisms
Our battery packs integrate multi-layer safety measures to ensure reliable operation under all conditions, including:

Redundant Detection: Main control IC real-time monitoring and independent MCU sampling for cross-verification (dual-channel sampling).

Redundant Execution: MOSFET cutoff combined with relay/contactor physical disconnection.

Fuse: One-time cutoff in case of abnormal current or excessive temperature.

Self-recovery Components (PTC): Automatically limit current when overcurrent or overtemperature occurs.

Thermal Runaway Protection: Prevents hazardous conditions through advanced monitoring and control mechanisms.
