Our battery packs integrate multi-layer safety measures to ensure reliable operation under all conditions, including:

1. Redundant Detection: Main control IC real-time monitoring and independent MCU sampling for cross-verification (dual-channel sampling).
2. Redundant Execution: MOSFET cutoff combined with relay/contactor physical disconnection.
3. Fuse: One-time cutoff in case of abnormal current or excessive temperature.
4. Self-recovery Components (PTC): Automatically limit current when overcurrent or overtemperature occurs.
5. Thermal Runaway Protection: Prevents hazardous conditions through advanced monitoring and control mechanisms.

Our system combines fast-response hardware with intelligent software to ensure safety and maintain performance:

1. Fast Hardware Cutoff: Prevents current surges and thermal runaway.
2. Software Pre-warning & Power Limiting: Before hardware action, limits output power or stops charging/discharging via control logic.
